<JETMODE> *Kender's been doing well, by Arena standards, most of his fights coming out with him the victor, much like the one he just finished. He's actually on a bit of a winning streak, to the delight of the gamblers, and he's just collecting his latest prize on his way to meet Whisper.

<TIAMAT> *Kender may find himself delayed, then, by none other than the receptionist girls, Cindy and Sylva, who happen to be on prize award duty today. Cindy's getting the gold together while Sylva purrs, wrapping her arms around Kender's shoulders from behind. "Why, look, Cindy, it's that cute kid with the cat from way back when! How've you been, honey, winning lots of battles?"

<TIAMAT> *Cindy giggles a little as she hands him his prize. "Must be pretty tough to have beat up on that big ol' dragoon all by your lonesome, hmm?"

<JETMODE> <Kender> Ah -- *tries to squirm away from Sylva and take his money at the same time* It's.. It's not so bad -- amicable match, and all that. *squirms again*

<TIAMAT> *Sylva finally releases him, though rather reluctantly. "Aw, wassamatter, honey, you gotta go so soon?"

<JETMODE> <Kender> Er, well yeah -- I'm meeting someone. *sheepish grin*

<TIAMAT> *Cindy giggles again. "Ohh, lookit that, Sylva -- lookit him blush!"

<TIAMAT> *Sylva arches an eyebrow. "Just someone? It must be a SPECIAL someone--"

<JETMODE> *Kender goes even redder. "Yeah, she's, well.."

<TIAMAT> *Cindy grins. "Aw, lookit that, he must've found himself a girlfriend!"

<TIAMAT> *Sylva rolls her eyes a little, then grins as well. "Do we know her, honey? Is she cute, hmm?"

<TIAMAT> *Someone clears her throat -- loudly and rather deliberately -- behind the trio.

<JETMODE> *Kender starts, then spins, scratching nervously at the back of his neck. "Aha, hi Whisper." His face is still a little red. "I was just on my way --"

<TIAMAT> *Whisper smiles a bit, casting the girls a slightly dark look as she walks up to Kender and kisses him. "Congratulations on your victory."

<TIAMAT> *Sylva hmphs a little, pouting, and Cindy giggles again.

<JETMODE> *Kender returns the kiss, then grins. "It wasn't really that hard.. but the prize money is good."

<TIAMAT> *Whisper: Of course. *she glances at the girls again, then back at Kender. "Friends of yours?

<JETMODE> <Kender> Oh -- er, yeah, kinda. I mean, I met them when I first signed up here..

<TIAMAT> *Whisper arches an eyebrow. "Fascinating--"

<TIAMAT> *Cindy bounces up to her and takes her hand, beaming. "I'm Cindy, and she's Sylva. *she glances over her shoulder at the furry, who's sulking slightly. "Oh, come ON, Sylva, quit being such a grump! *she grabs Sylva's paw and hauls her over to the rest of the group

<TIAMAT> *Sylva stumbles a bit, hmping quietly again, but manages a smile as she takes Whisper's hand. "Nice to meet you.

<TIAMAT> *Whisper shakes both their hands, a slightly amused look on her face. "Charmed, I'm sure."

<JETMODE> *Kender, from the back, looks sort of relieved.

<TIAMAT> *Cindy's still grinning and Sylva keeps shooting Kender haunting glances, but Whisper takes his arm and starts to haul him away. "Don't tell me you forgot about our date, hmm?"

<JETMODE> <Kender> *protesting* Of course not! I told you, I was just about to leave..

<TIAMAT> *Sylva and Cindy wave after them. "Bye, sweetie, nice to see you again!"

<JETMODE> <Kender> Er.. *waves over his shoulder as they go*

<TIAMAT> *Whisper sighs -- happily -- and leans against Kender a little, grinning mischeveously. "Why d'ya have to be so cute, eh? Not that I'm complaining, mind you..."
